Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
Add bread cubes and gently stir to coat. Let sit for 5–10 minutes to soak. Fold in most of the berries, reserving a few for topping.
Pour mixture into pan and press gently to even it out.
Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until golden on top and the center is set (a knife should come out clean).
Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Dust with powdered sugar just before serving.
